Usage Directions:
Chew 1 tablet and allow to dissolve in the mouth. Adults: Daytime, for nervous tension or stress, take one tablet every 4 hours or as needed. Nighttime, for insomnia, take 2 tablets 30 minutes before bedtime and 2 tablets at bedtime. Do not exceed 10 tablets daily. Children 2-12 years of age, take one half the adult dosage. Consult a doctor for use in children under 2 years of age.
